•By the numbers: Clemons, a 5-8 senior guard, had 38 points and 8 rebounds in a 78-41 win over Strayhorn and 35 points and 9 rebounds in a 67-59 win over Coahoma County.

•The 411: Clemons, a Dandy Dozen selection, is averaging 26.5 points and 12.1 rebounds for the Lady Cougars (12-2).

•College: Clemons has signed to play at USM. "I fell in love with the coaches even before I went down there," she said.
