St. Benedict captain Megan Van Eaton wanted senior night against the archrival Briarcrest Lady Saints to be a night to remember for her team, school, coaches and fans. In her dreams, she did not realize how much help would come from junior forward Symone Daniels.
Van Eaton and Daniels each pumped in 19 points to lead SBA to a convincing 64-49 victory over BCS in a classic 2-AA battle. The teams met earlier in the season with the Eagles rallying in the closing seconds for a thrilling 55-51 win.
