Last night, in an overtime thriller between Cypress and Geeter Middle Schools. Eight grader, Gazmyne Herndon of Cypress, put up 40 points. Cypress came away victorious with a score of 51 to 48. Cypress has started the season off with a bang. They are 3 and 0. Gazmyne is also a member of TEAM Tennessee Glory AAU organization.

Another Recent Committment
Wooddale senior Jeri Crane recently committed to Bethune-Cookman University. Jeri is a slender 6'0 and can play multiple positions on the wing or in the paint. She is a member of Team Memphis Elite - Wade AAU team. Bethune-Cookman is located in Daytona Beach, FL.
