Destiny James verbal commits to Jacksonville State University

Bartlett senior, Destiny James, recently decided that Jacksonville is where she would like to play at the next level.  5'8 Destiny is a  3 star guard and  ranked by Hoopgurlz at 85 at the guard position.

"After much research and thought, I have recently made my decision to verbally commit to Jacksonville State University Women's basketball program. I am so excited to play for Coach Annette Watts, her staff and with my future teammates. I have made this decision after officially visiting Jacksonville State University and entertaining offers from East Tennessee State University and Lipscomb University. I decided on J.S.U. because of the excitement around the program and what the coaching staff and players believe we can do during my 4 years in the O.V.C. and beyond. Jacksonville State University, I feel is a great fit for me as a student/ athlete."
