Saturday afternoon, Arlington High senior and Memphis Lady Bobcat Select standout, Logan Hammonds committed to the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Logan was impressed with the campus as well as its Nursing program. She is also excited with the opportunity to come right in and play huge minutes during her freshman year. Logan with her 6'0 frame has the skill to play outside were she is deadly from beyond the 3 and physical enough to bang inside. Logan was a huge piece in her club teams offense as she kept teams honest with her shooting ability.
University of Arkansas at Monticello and new coach,Tanya Ray, will be in Memphis Sunday playing an exhibition against Memphis Lady Tigers. Game time at 2pm at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse on Memphis Campus.
