Alicia "Red" Payne signes with UT-Chatt

The early signing period for basketball started this week and runs through November 16. There have been several signing events around the city of our Memphis Girls Basketball players. Below is a picture of White Station senior point guard and Team Memphis Elite - Daniels member, Alicia "Red" Payne, signing her letter of intent to play at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
