ReplyDeleteBreanna Ridgell was the difference maker for White Station. She stepped up and knocked down key shots. If White Station would of made 50% more of there stick backs, they probably would have won by 20. I did not keep stats but I'm sure White Station outrebounded Overton by a large amount.
Overton just did not look comfortable. New Coach. New System. Jasmine Robinson was frustrated the entire game. Karisma Tyson suprisingly did not start. Ebony Hayes did not get in the game until the end of the 2nd quarter.
It was a great game. In the 4th, White Station was up by 10 and Coach Durham was given a Technical after one of his players fouled. So Overton hit 4 straight free throws to get within 6. 3 White Station players fouled out.. Jasmine Robinson fouled out.
I guess this is my mini report of the game..
