Memphis Girls Basketball Off Season: Candace Parker Workout

Candace Parker gives us a look at her very first work out after having surgery on her knee and shoulder. What I love about this inside look---it demonstrates that top players work on the bare fundamentals. Her very first drill is the form flip. A shooting drill that focuses on keeping your elbow in and following through after releasing the basketball. #PRICELESS

Candace is not working on no look passing nor throwing the ball from half court. She is focusing on conditioning, foot work, ball handling, shooting from areas of the court that she is more likely to get the ball. She also gives you a surprise at the end!
