East's Sha Keva Dorsey, Lyric Douglas gets National Recognition

In December,  East participated in the second annual Holiday Invitational in Georgia. The tournament hosted seven nationally ranked teams amongst the 32 team field. Here is what Jonathan Hemingway, the Assistant Director of Scouting for the had to say about East in his recap.

The runner-up team in the (White) bracket, East High School (Memphis, Tn.) knocked off the host team in the semi-final round to earn a spot in the championship game. They were led by Sha Keva Dorsey a 5 foot 6 shooting guard who came off the bench and provided instant offense for the Lady Mustangs by hitting five three pointers in that game. Watch for 2015 post player Lyric Douglas in the future. She is young but plays with great natural instinct already.
