Cordova senior Gabriella Hernandez had practiced the pressure-packed situation she found herself in Wednesday night in the Region 7-AAA Tournament title game at Munford High School.
With seven seconds left in regulation and her team down by two, she walked to the free throw line and made both of them to send the game into overtime.
The Lady Wolves took control midway through the extra period and defeated Hardin County going away, 65-55.
