I personally love this video because Washington's Tony Wroten is a lefty. I'm not a lefty but I think lefties have the prettiest shot....but anyway...This work out demonstrates Wiz Khalifa's song "Work Hard, Play Hard". Just look how hard Tony goes through the drills.. He does not go through the motion slowly. He is aggressive and explosive. I Love It!!
