Today, November 10, 2010, marks the beginning of the early signing period, where high school athletes who have previously given verbal commitments can make it official by putting their names on the dotted line. The period runs through Nov. 17,

On hand for the festivities were the SBA basketball staff, (back row-from left) Don Williams, team statistician, assistant coach Caitlin Doyle and head women’s coach Don Sebren. beRecruited.com FREE Basketball Recruiting Profiles

There are numerous ways to get your name out to college coaches and get recruited. And with the explosion of the internet, it is even easier.

beRecruited.com is providing a service to help you get your name out to thousands of coaches through their system-----AND IT IS FREE!!! They also provide a deluxe account version for a small fee, however, the free version is worth the few minutes to create your profile.

I did a story about a young lady, Ki Ki Patterson from Columbus, MS, that has her own website profiling her academics, skills, stats and videos. If you were wondering how you can have your own website on the internet for college coaches to check out. This is the opportunity right here. And it is FREE. You can add your academic and athletic information, and even a highlight video. How cool would it be to have a college coach google your name and your beRecruited  profile pulls up with all of your statistics.

Take advantage of this FREE recruiting tool.
