I'm back in the gym after a short break for the summer. Twelve young ladies joined me in the gym to kick off August training on Monday, August 19.
It felt good to get back in the gym and work on agility and quickness with the ladder, speed dribbling and basic shooting technigue.
I also introduced the players to a reaction drill using racquetballs. We also worked on left and right hand development using the racquetballs.
My trainings will be held on Monday's throughout August and September. If you have plans to try out for the school team this year or have an interest in working on development or your game for the upcoming season, learn more about my skill development sessions at http://www.girlsbasketballtrainer.com/miniregistration.htm.
Also don't forget that the Memphis Girls Basketball Fall Fest will kick off on September 7 with the Fall Exposure League.
Memphis, TN and the surrounding area has some of the most talented girls basketball players in the nation and everyone is taking notice. Continue to visit and I will tell you why Memphis is a Mecca for Top Girls and Womens College Basketball Unsigned Players, Recruits, and Prospects.
