I have really enjoyed watching the growth of Harding Academy's 5'6 guard Valecia Harris (2016). She is an example of putting in the work to get better and trusting the process.
Valecia is a smart player. She understands team defensive principals and moving without the ball on offense. She is an active hustler with 3 point shooting range, ball handling abilities and knows how to get the ball to her teammates.
