Sorry for the delay in this episode. I am in the middle of the Memphis Girls Basketball Fall Fest, which has me swamped with tasks. The Fall Exposure League has been absolutely outstanding. The competition is great. The fans are great. It's just an awesome atmosphere for girls basketball. Feel free to check it out this Saturday at Ridgeway Baptist Church. Games begin at 9:45am.
In the last few episodes, the focus has been on speed, agility, and reaction drills. I decided to provide you with a ball handling drill this week. During my trainings sessions, I focus a lot on both left and right hand development. It's important to be a balanced, well rounded player. This decreases your limits as far as going left and right.
In the video, you will see a line drill where the players dribble with 2 basketballs performing the pound and alternate dribble.
