Premier Basketball Report recognizes Memphis players

Premier Basketball Report is a basketball scouting and recruiting service based out of Texas that helps connect high school girls’ basketball players with college scouts from around the country. They have released their 2013, 2014 and 2015 Watch List and several Memphis area players are on the list.
