The Harding girls held off Lausanne, 45-41, to win the Division 2-A West Region girls tournament title. Alle Logan's 12 points led the Lions, and Christina Brown chipped in 10. Lausanne was led by Breana Williams' 12 points. Both teams will host sub-state games on Friday.
Harding point guard Alex Black, a University of Chattanooga signee, was named MVP of the tournament. Freshman Kayla Keys and Christina Brown were named to the all-tournament team
